Benefits & Perks

Medical

We offer two High Deductible Health Plan options through Allegiance.

Dental

$50 annual deductible and $2k per person annual max with no network. Plus, our plan includes child orthodontia.

Vision

A copay style, network Vision plan with a VSP network. Benefits available once per 12 months.

Life and AD&D Insurance

We offer a $20k company paid life and accidental death and dismemberment policy for all eligible employees. Additional voluntary term life is available for employees and their families.

H.S.A.

We contribute pre-tax dollars to help pay health related expenses; that's $20-$50 each pay check.

401K

We offer a pre-tax and a Roth option for employees to contribute towards, and we make an employee match as well.

Disability

We offer company paid long and short-term disability.
